It is suitable for the morphological observation and particle size analysis of granule of powder materials such as graphite, grinding material, ceramic, carborundum, grammite, diamond, metal powder, carbon dust, medicine powder, coating, cement, hard alloy, catalyst, mica powder, padding etc.

1. The industrial camera collects the particles at high speed, the optical microscope amplifies the imaging, the image is quickly displayed on the computer, directly observes the particle morphology, the special analysis software carries on the particle data processing.

4. Flat-field achromatic objective lens, the maximum resolution is 0.07 micron, the maximum optical magnification factor is 1600, the maximum printing magnification factor is 4000(A4 breadth).

The number, diameter, area, volume, roundness and other distribution data under the same area and equal circumference, at the same time provide particle number, D10, D50, D90, average particle size, surface area, length-diameter ratio and other particle size distribution data. Equipped with 30 various image analysis and processing functions, it can meet various image processing needs.
6. Adjust the height, width, brightness, contrast, filtering and filling of the collected image to improve the analysis resolution and mesh size making. The test results are true and reliable
7. There are two types of instruments. Their technical principle and parameters are the same. The A-type particle image analyzer is equipped with a transmission microscope. The B-type particle image analyzer is equipped with a transflection microscope. The latter can also be used for the observation and analysis of crystal shapes on the surface of ceramic, metal and other opaque objects.
8. The particle morphology image can be stored on disk and print. And it can output test reports in multiple format. Special software can be designed according to the particularity of powder, such as graining material, grammite etc.

(2)equivalent geometrical parameter:the diameter of a circle of equal area,the diameter of a circle of equal perimeter,length-diameter, short-diameter, length-diameter ratio.
(3)external geometry parameters:the circumferential diameter of each particle;
(4)optical density parameter:image R、G、B、gray level distribution;
(5)morphological parameters:length diameter ratio, the roundness coefficient;
