Hall flowmeter is used to measure the powder fluidity. But at the same time of measuring fluidity, for the powder flowing into the measuring cup by free-falling body, it is reasonable to measure the powder’s bulk density. When they free-fall and are filled the calibrated measuring cup, the powder is scraped flat with a scraper, and the mass of the powder inside the cup is measured. The mass is divided by the volume of the measuring cup on the HMKTest calibration certificate, and the density of the powder bulk density is obtained. HMKTest hall flowmeter can measure both the fluidity and bulk density of metal powder. Not only the funnel of HMKTest hall flowmeter but also the measuring cup are calibrated according to the general international law. It can be traced back to related international and domestic standards.
